BC SIXES is excited to launch registration for our third annual BC SIXES SUMMER CLASSIC event which will be taking place on September 7 & 8, 2024 at Burnaby Lake Rugby Fields.
This two day tournament put BC SIXES on the map and launched SIXES lacrosse in BC back in 2022. When we returned in 2023, we grew the Summer Classic in size and skill and we’re excited to make the event even more memorable this year with the addition of a hydration station, more toilets, improved positioning on the fields, and access to the Burnaby Rugby Club facility.
Registration is by teams of twelve only and you’ll have until August 8th to plan and confirm your roster. Entry into the tournament includes full access to the event for players and coaches, a minimum of four games over two days, custom BC SIXES jerseys and shorts sets from XTREME THREADS, and championship and MVP prizes.
We have expanded to five divisions for both male and female athletes including a brand new U13 division to include those born in the years 2012 and 2013. With our goal of hosting four teams in each division, this weekend will feature at least forty local and travel SIXES teams with hundreds of talented athletes.
